- 2 RAW cookies – 5 dates – 1 banana – 1 apple – dulse – handful of spinach
Dinner
- RAW spicy avacado soup: avacado, zuchinni, tomato, cilantro, pea shoots, spinach, garlic, cayenne, sea salt and water
Dessert
- RAW sweet potato smoothie
